I would just like to point out that this post-it note, reminding myself to make a dentist appointment, has been on my computer monitor, right in front of my face......for a full calendar year.

i put off my annual gyn visit for a month before i broke down to do it,
i did it last week and its all good.
ps. i think procrastination makes us all a little bit more creative in living.
